ANNE MCNEAL serves as Director of Student Retention. Anne received her B.A. degree in English from UCLA. She is establishing a Retention Committee and developing a college-wide Retention Plan and Early Alert system to identify students at risk of leaving the College. Anne is also program coordinator for the Teacher Recognition Award program, serves on the Senior Year Committee, and maintains the Senior Class web site.
