Lost or stolen cards may be replaced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Reporting/Replacing Lost or Stolen Cards

Cougar Card Services: Monday – Friday, 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. Call 843.953.1100 to report a card as lost or stolen. Visit the office at 162 Calhoun Street in Berry Residence Hall to have the card replaced. Replacement cards are $10.00 for students and contractors. Payment is due at the time of issuance. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted.

Public Safety: during non-business hours only. Call 843.953.5609 to report a card as lost or stolen. Students may visit the office at 81-B St. Philip Street to have the card replaced. Public Safety is not equipped to process payments therefore; the replacement fee of $10.00 will be posted to the student bill. The bill should be paid promptly at the Treasurer’s Office.

If you suspect your card is lost or stolen, play it safe and report it immediately so it may be deactivated. A deactivated card may be returned to service if the cardholder locates the card and then contacts Cougar Card Services. The cardholder will be responsible for all usage of the card prior to notification.

Cardholder Responsibilities

Cardholders are responsible for being informed of all policies regarding the Cougar Card. The card is non-transferable and can be deactivated immediately. Fraudulent use or transfer of the Cougar Card is considered a violation of the Honor Code.
