Group Fitness Program
Firm up at the best rates in town! The cost is only $35.00 for the 12-week fall session. This entitles you to attend any of the classes offered here.
Classes begin Monday, August 31. To enroll in the Group Fitness Program stop by the CRS office at #206 Silcox Gym before one of the classes.
Free "try it out classes", August 31-September 3. There is no fee to attend during this first week. We want you to join in, meet our instructors, and have some fun exercising with others who enjoy the same activity.

Program note: classes that do not draw a minimum of 12 participants by the third week will be discontinued.

Class Descriptions
Ab Blast - 30 minutes addressing all areas of your mid-section and lower back.
Cardio Step - Step classes are still number one. Previous experience is not necessary. For those with some experience, additional step moves will be incorporated.
Fit Ball Class - Try some new routines with the stability ball.
Lower Body Mix - A 30-minute express class accentuating lower body muscle groups.
Mystery Cardio - Another of our 30-minute express classes with a bit of heart stomping variety added.
Pilates Mat / Sculpt - A fitness program emphasizing the core and postural muscles that are responsible for the proper alignment and support of the spine.
Relaxation - A 20-minute stretching program.
Tae Bo® - Martial arts and boxing develop strength, speed, balance, and awareness. The dance moves give the workout an energy and rhythm that improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
Tone and Tighten - As the name suggests, light resistance training movements punctuate this exciting workout.
Upper Body Mix - 30-minutes well spent on upper body development.
ZUMBA - A Latin dance inspired cardio party that requires no dance experience. The upbeat, fun music combined with high intensity aerobics and party-like atmosphere will leave you wanting more ZUMBA.
