Yoga Program - Fall 2009
Join instructor Skip Rector, as he leads you through a series of exercises that encourages the participants to reach for their best level. He combines Hatha, Kundilini, Astanga, and Raja yogas to create a complete workout with an emphasis placed on stretching and strengthening the core muscles of the body.
Meeting Times
Tuesdays and Thursdays.
5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Location
Room J-201. The "Exercise Deck" located in the Johnson Center.
Session Dates
Session 1: Tuesday, September 1 through October 8.
Session 2: Thursday, October 15 through December 8.
No class on November 24 and 26.
Session 2 fees
$ 42.00 _______ 1 time per week.
$ 70.00 _______ 2 times per week.
Payment is made at the door. Make the checks payable to the College of Charleston.
Release
Participation in any Campus Recreation Services activity is completely voluntary. Individuals assume the risk for any harm or injuries caused as a result of their participation. Participants need to be aware of the possibilities of bodily injury and should understand that they are responsible for any and all costs that may stem from an injury or property damage incurred during participation.
