General Facility Reservation

Short-term facility reservations

To reserve a playing court for an hour time period, call the CRS office at 953-5559. Availability varies upon the sport season and the priority of other scheduled events.

CRS reserves the right to cancel any reservation. Unforeseen circumstances occasionally develop that may cause the cancellation of a reservation. Every effort will be made to notify you ahead of time in such cases.

Special events and one time reservations

Obtain a copy of the Facility Request Form from the CRS office #206 Silcox. Complete and return it a minimum of three weeks prior to the proposed event.

Please remember that it may not be possible to honor all requests.
