HUMAN EVOLUTION
Course Hours: 3A review of the evidence for human evolution from nonhuman primate ancestors to the end of the Paleolithic. Emphasis will be placed on the fossil and archaeological evidence for human biocultural evolution over the past two million years and the methods used to test evolutionary hypotheses about our origins.
Prerequisites: ANTH 101 or BIOL 102 or GEOL 105 or ANTH 203 or permission of the instructor.
