PRIMATE BEHAVIOR AND EVOLUTION
Course Hours: 3A survey of the behavior and ecology of the Order Primates, with special emphasis on the evolution and adaptive value of behavior. Another major theme is a critical perspective on the use of nonhuman primates as models for human biology and behavior with an attempt to place such studies in an appropriate context.
Prerequisites: ANTH 101 or BIOL 102 or PSYC 103 or ANTH 203 or permission of the instructor.
