Organizational & Corporate Communication
Requirements for a Graduate Certificate

Overview
For students not interested in the full Master of Arts in Communication program, the Certificate in Organizational and Corporate Communication is another option. You are strongly encouraged to take the GRE within your first six hours of the certificate program if you have any intention on proceeding to the master’s program.

All interested students who already hold an undergraduate degree can apply online at this link). Undergraduates with only one semester remaining in their BA program, who have the permission of their advisor and others, can cross-register in a graduate course by completing this cross-registration form.

• Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges, minimum GPA 2.5
• Written essay (1000 words on a topic related to Communication)
• No GRE exam and no letters of reference required
• Letter of intent (must express a clear plan, whether to acquire skills for a professional position or to potentially meet requirements for a future master’s degree).
