Zoe Dutrow Sanders developed her skill for preparing menus and recipes by the seasons when she worked as a kitchen coordinator in Columbia, SC for her church, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, and later at Trenholm Road United Methodist Church. She organized church events (including meals and receptions) and coordinated church volunteers as they prepared and served meals to some 1200 people each month.
