Strategic Diversity Management Council

The purpose of the SDMC is to:
- Develop a comprehensive plan for the College of Charleston in order to actualize diversity as a core value of the institution.
- Recommend implementation strategies for elements contained within the plan.
- Regularly assess components of the plan and its related strategies and based upon that assessment, modify the plan and strategies accordingly.
- Leverage institutional resources in a manner which ensures diversity is incorporated into the organizational structure of the College.
