Verify Minor

Only graduating Seniors in their final semester should verify their minor.

1. Get a Verification of Minor form from any department office (the Env. Minor bulletin board across from 302 88 Wentworth St., or the minor coordinator's door, 302, 88 Wentworth St.) or download one below.
2. Once completed, drop off the Declaration of Minor form at Tracy Burkett 's (the minor coordinator's) mailbox (Department of Sociology and Anthropology, 19. St. Philip St.), or on the minor coordinator's door, 302, 88 Wentworth St.
