Payroll and Leave Policy Changes effective Jan. 1, 2010 Annual Performance Evaluations The Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) Universal Review reporting period at The College of Charleston for the period of January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 is underway. All classified staff employees as well as all unclassified, non-faculty employees (i.e., athletic staff, senior administrators, Senior VP’s, Deans, etc.) are also to be reviewed annually on this schedule.
