Red Hot Musicians, 1895-1929, from The Red Hot Jazz Archive: A History of Jazz before 1930, an outstanding site with history and biographies of more than 100 jazz artists from the period, includes hundreds of sound clips and photos. For a sampling, see these three pages:

Big Band and Jazz Hall of Fame, extensive history, plenty of jazz clips from all periods.

Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz's Jazz Resource Library, from Jazz in America: The National Jazz Curriculum, an elaborate site intended for use in secondary education, contains sound clips, history and analysis, and more.

Smithsonian Jazz, contains jazz history of all periods, with education pages, interviews, links for Smithsonian exhibits, and more.

"Jazz Age Culture," an excellent resource maintained by Dr. Kathleen Nichols, Professor of English and Coordinator of Women's Studies at Pittsburg State University in Kansas. The site includes information and links to virtually all aspects of American culture during the Jazz Age, with considerable attention to the achievements and issues specifically associated with women and with African Americans during the 1920s.

Zelda (the musical), official web site for the 2003 musical based on the lives of Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald, with music and lyrics by Roger Cook and Les Reed. Contains information and links on both Fitzgeralds and their careers.

USC Centenary F. Scott Fitzgerald web site, established in 1996 on the 100th anniversary of Fitzgerald's birth. The site includes extensive biographical, literary, and cultural information on Fitzgerald's life, career, and legacy.
