If you're having issues displaying the Adobe Acrobat pdfs on this web site, try the following:

If only a blank page is displayed with a small box containing a red X is visible in the upper left corner of your screen, your browser may need to be configured to display pdf files or you may need to download the most current version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 9.0).

  • In Internet Explorer (IE):
  • Ensure that you are using the most current version of the browser (Version 9.0) before you install/reinstall Adobe Acrobat. You'll find the most current version of IE here. To download the appropriate reader for your system, click here and then follow the link for your particular system. Download the software and reinstall it on your system.
  • In Firefox:
  • Get the most current version of Firefox here and install it before you install/reinstall Adobe Acrobat.
  • In Opera:
  • Get the most current version of Opera here and install it before you install/reinstall Adobe Acrobat.
