Registration Documents
Once you have submitted your application and have been accepted as a participant in the clinic, please complete the three forms below and return them to us as soon as possible. Your $300 deposit (or full payment of $750 after April 15) is required to hold your place in the clinic.

Travel Logistics
By Plane: Please plan to have your flight arrive by noon on the first day of the clinic and depart after 1 pm on the final day. We will provide transportation to and from the airport for all clinic participants. Please send us your flight/travel plans so we can make the necessary arrangements.
By Car: Please plan to arrive at the sailing center at 1 pm on the first day of the clinic and depart at noon on the last day of the clinic. You can find directions to the sailing center here.
What to Bring
Please note that the dorm rooms do not come with linens or pillows, so please bring your own pillow and a sleeping bag or sheets. It is hot in Charleston in June, so pack accordingly. We get a strong sea breeze most afternoons, so spray gear is recommended as well. Please mark your name on all gear and clothing so we can return it to you if you leave it here.
Suggested Packing List: Sheets/sleeping bag, pillow, towel, life jacket, boots or sailing shoes, sailing clothes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, notebook & pen.

Below is a tenative schedule for both sessions. Evening activities will likely include movies, trips to see the Charleston Riverdogs (minor league baseball) or
Charelston Battery (soccer), ultimate frisbee games, or bowling.
