From the airport: To: Carolina Yacht Club 1 - Exit the airport and take a left onto I-526 at the second traffic light. 2 - Stay in the right lane and take I-26 East to Charleston 3 - Take Exit 22? to Mount Pleasant. 4 - Stay in right lane and immediately exit onto East Bay Street before going over the bridge. 5 - Go right on East Bay 6 - Continue on East Bay for ?? miles. 7 - After crossing Broad St., CYC will be 1/8 mile on your left To: CofC Sailing Center 1 - Exit the airport and take a left onto I-526 at the second traffic light. 2 - Stay in the right lane and take I-26 East to Charleston 3 - Take Exit 22? to Mount Pleasant. 4 - Go over bridge to Mount Pleasant 5 - At the other end of the bridge, take Coleman Blvd. 6 - Take a right at the first traffic light onto Patriots Point Road 7 - Take Patriots Point Road past the Yorktown Museum. 8 - The Charleston Harbor Marina and Hilton entrance will be on your right 9 - The sailing center is located in the north end of the marina To West Marine: 1 - From downtown take 17 South to West Ashley (17 South = Savannah Hwy in West Ashley) 2 - After crossing the Ashley River, continue for about 2 miles 3 - West marine is on your left in the Blah shopping center To Kiawah Island: 1 - From downtown take 17 South to West Ashley 2 - After crossing the Ashley River, veer left onto Folly Road 3 - Take a left onto Folly Road 4 - Turn right onto Maybank Road after crossing a drawbridge 5 - Stay on Maybank going to Johns Island for about 6 miles 6 - Turn left onto Bohicket Road at the McDonald's and Piggly Wiggly 7 - Kiawah Island will be about 10 miles ahead To Folly Beach: 1 - From downtown take 17 South to West Ashley 2 - After crossing the Ashley River, veer left onto Folly Road 3 - Take a left onto Folly Road and continue for about 4 miles To Harris Teeter Grocery: 1 - Exit right onto East Bay St. from Carolina Yacht Club 2 - Go through Broad and Market Streets 3 - Take a right on Hassell St. 4 - Harris Teeter is on your left To Charleston Aquarium and IMAX Theater: 1 - Exit right onto East Bay St. from Carolina Yacht Club 2 - Go through Broad and Market Streets 3 - Take a right onto Calhoun St. 4 - The Aquarium and IMAX are straight ahead and just to the right at the dead end of Calhoun 5 - There is parking at meters on the street or at the parking garage on the left side of Calhoun.
