The Emily Salisbury Memorial Scholarship
- The Emily Salisbury Memorial Scholarship is open to all students registering for Cougar Excursion and will fully pay for their fee
- As Emily was a student leader at the College of Charleston, and in keeping with her spirit, this scholarship will go to the applicant who exhibits the strongest leadership qualities
- The criteria for this scholarship is to write an essay of no more than 100 words on your leadership experiences up until now, how those experiences have impacted you as an individual, and how you hope to use those experiences as you move towards beginning your college career
- The Emily Salisbury Memorial Scholarship was founded through a generous donation in honor of Emily, a student facilitator for the 2006 Cougar Excursion program, who was tragically killed in a car accident.
