The Team Challenge Course

The LeaderShape® Institute's hands-on, multidimensional curriculum is presented by a group of facilitators who volunteer to devote a week to helping develop leaders. While each of them has experience working with young adults, they are all highly respected in their own professions and serve as excellent leadership role models for the students.

In addition, prominent Guest Leaders, government, and the non-profit sector, spend an evening with participants discussing the tough issues leaders face on a daily basis.

Participants work closely together and quickly form meaningful friendships.

Each session of The LeaderShape® Institute is comprised of approximately 60 men and women representing diverse ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
