About our Alumni

Historically, Athletic Training graduates have either gone on to seek entry-level employment positions or to pursue advanced studies; some in the areas of medicine and physical therapy, and others in sports medicine, athletic training, education, and other related fields. Program graduates have secured employment at a variety of medical and allied health settings including high schools, colleges, sports medicine clinics, medical offices, and even in the professional sports venue of the National Football League and Major League Baseball. In the past five years, all of our graduates pursing advanced studies have been admitted to the graduate schools of their choice. Most importantly, all of these graduates have been awarded graduate assistantships to schools such as the University of South Carolina, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the University of Virginia, Clemson University, Auburn University, the University of Tennessee, Old Dominion University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Florida International University, and The Citadel.
