The Board of Directors of Beta Alpha Psi extends its greetings: Because there resides in the city of Charleston and the state of South Carolina a group of students in attendance at College of Charleston who have presented a petition in proper form requesting permission to establish a chapter of Beta Alpha Psi; And because the Board of Directors of Beta Alpha Psi has given due consideration to the petition and the related evidence regarding the accreditation of the School of Business and Economics, the programs that it offers, and its instructing personnel; And based on the evaluation of the petitioning group during the petitioning period; And because the Board of Directors of Beta Alpha Psi has confidence in the character, dedication, integrity, and qualifications of the petitioners whose names appear below:
The Board of Directors of Beta Alpha Psi by vote in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws to those whose names appear above as the Mu Beta Cahpter of Beta Alpha Psi organization on the 4th Day of September in the year 2008 and in the 89th Year of the organization. We charge the chapter members and their lawfully elected successors with the responsibility to diligently observe and enforce the requirements of the Constitution and Bylaws.
