Patient / Client Responsibilities

Patients/Clients are expected to:

1. provide accurate information on complaints, past illnesses, hospitalizations, medications and psychological treatment.
2. tell us if you don’t understand instructions and/or information.
3. keep appointments.
4. follow treatment plan.
5. clearly state refusal of treatment.
6. follow Counseling and Substance Abuse Services’ policies and procedures.
7. consider the rights of other patient/clients and staff.
8. respect other’s property.
9. refrain from smoking while in the facility.
10. refrain from cell phone use while in the facility.
