The hotel for the Washington Model OAS
session is the Fairmont
Hotel
located
at
2401
M Street NW, Washington, DC 20037.
Participating universities pay travel
expenses to and from
DC, as well as lodging.
Universities will need to make their own
reservations for
rooms needed for their delegation directly with the hotel.
The dates of the 2010 Model are Tuesday March 30 to Saturday,
April 3,
so at a minimum you will want to be there
for four
nights. If you plan to come in a night or two before the WMOAS begins
or stay a few nights after it ends please communicate that directly to
the hotel.

Please note these rates do not include the
current 14.5%
District of Columbia sales tax per room per night. In the event
the District of Columbia increases taxes; the hotel reserves the right
to adjust the taxes accordingly.
Each participating institution is
responsible for making their
own reservations with the hotel, and advisors should do this as soon as
possible. The hotel has a deadline of February 26, 2010, by
which time
it
needs a list of the people in each room, and pre-payment either by a
credit card or by check.
