Session One (PM1): Performance Management-A Team Approach to Excellence

Time: 2 - 1 and 1/2 hours 
Who should attend: All Managers and Supervisors
Prerequisite: None
   

Performance Management is critical to your success as a manager of people. How you give feedback to your employees can make all the difference in their development and ultimately in your success. If you're a new supervisor, this session is a must. However, even if you've been around for some time, this is a great review with some sound ideas on how to make people more successful.

Who should attend: All Staff Employees
Prerequisite: None
   

Unravel the mystery of the Employee Performance Management System. Learn about the policies and procedures and how you can become more involved in your own Planning Stage and Evaluation. This is an interactive session that concludes with a plan for you to become a involved participant in your own future.

Who should attend: All Managers and Supervisors
Prerequisite: None
   

Some Performance Evaluations require specific problem solving skills that will allow you and your employee to get the most out of the Evaulation. Come to this seminar to learn how to maintain and/or enhance your employee's self-esteem while ensuring the highest possible level of performance.
