Important Notice: The College of Charleston will never ask you for your username/password by email.

If you are Faculty/Staff, you need to go into the Faculty & Staff portion of the College of Charleston website to access your mail.

I get a 'Quota Exceeded' message on screen when I log into webmail

I get an 'Internal Server Error' and can't log in to webmail

I get an email every night telling me I'm over quota, but
when I log into webmail, it says I'm nowhere near my quota.

When trying to reset my password in cougar trail, I get
a message stating" No account found for credentials provided"

If you have forgotten your password and are a current student, you can reset it through Cougar Trail. Simply log in, click 'set cougars password' in the right hand column, and follow the prompts.

Edisto accounts are for current students only and are deleted if you don't continue to take classes. The alumni office issues permanent CofC associated email addresses to graduates.
