Edisto Quota Exceeded
The email you are getting nightly that tells you are over quota is referring to your Edisto account quota. You only have 35 Megabytes of space on Edisto. It isn't dependent on the number of messages, but instead of the size of the messages, so a single large file attachment can use up all of your available space.
The quota you see listed at the bottom of webmail when you log in is how much space you are using on webmail, which is a different computer that you are using to check your edisto mail.
When you are getting the nightly email, that means you need to go through and clean out old mail messages. Mail you have sent counts towards this total, so be sure to get rid of old sent mail as well.
If you don't see any folders in your account, click on the link named 'Folder Manger'. Then click the button labelled 'Subscriptions'. In the box that pops up, click 'subscribe all' and then 'save changes'. This should show you all the folders in your account, and you can also empty your trash from here as well.
Always make sure to click on logout when you are done reading your mail. This deletes temporary files on the server and also frees up space in your account.
