The 9th Annual MESSA 8k for H2O was a huge success!!
A big thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers!
We had great weather and lots of fun!
It was a chilly day, but we bundled up and stayed close to the fire!
Our new executive board was also elected. We are happy to announce that the recipient of the 2011 8k for H2O proceeds is
MESSA hosted the first annual Charleston All Grad Halloween Kickball tournament including contenders from MUSC, and the C of C Marine Biology Program.
The Ninth Annual 8K for H2O will be the best yet! This race, run on the streets of Folly Beach benefits a local organization promoting water quality in the Lowcountry. Check out the race details, including map and race policies, here: 8K for H2O. Register online here at: Active.com 8K site.

The Eighth Annual MESSA 8k for H20 was a HUGE success!! This family friendly 8K run and 5K walk was on Feb 20th at Folly Beach on Center Street. Over $5,700 were raised for LEEP!
