Welcome to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. We are the "home Department" of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Our general course offerings begin with MGMT 301 (Management and Organizational Behavior) and end with MGMT 408, the capstone course for the major.

The 12 full-time members of the Department include people with extensive business experience, award-winning teachers, and award-winning researchers. We are all committed to providing our students with some o0f the best business education possible.

In addition to the general BSBA degree, the Department offers Concentrations in Entrepreneurship and in Leadership, Change, and Social Responsibility, and an interdisciplinary minor in Leadership, Change and Social Responsibility. As a result, we have courses that are designated MGMT, some that are ENTR, and others that are LCSR.

Our students are able to supplement their in-class learning with Internships in businesses off campus, the Cougar Undergraduate Business Enterprises (CUBE) program on campus, various functions offered by the Tate Center for Entrepreneurship, and the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team that has a nationally-competitive record.
