The library gratefully accepts suggestions from the Charleston marine biology community for book and media purchases, for new journal subscriptions, and for new services. The library reserves the right to limit the acquisition of materials and the addition of services to those related to the curriculum or otherwise deemed appropriate.  

As funding permits, books are purchased throughout the year while journal subscriptions are placed in the fall to begin the following January.  To find information on new books, media, and journals refer to AcqWeb's Directory of Publishers and Vendors.  To find information on journals, refer to EBSCO Serials Directory.
