Extra Credit Project for Biology 101-004. Project will be due on November 29, the last day our class meets before finals. Papers must be limited to 3 text pages (double spaced) and there must be at least 5 references (no more than 2 from the internet). Topics will include any material from Chapter 11 or 12 on genetic testing or DNA technology, such as cloning, PCR, RFLP analysis, gene therapy, etc. Other topics of interest to you should be approved by me. Depending on the quality of the work, you may earn up to 5 points on your FINAL class average (not the final exam).
Students who wish to study from old exams may come by to sign
out old tests. Tests must be returned the day of the final
exam. You may e-mail me to find out when I'll be in the office the
week of the exam.
