What is the Psychology Club?

The College of Charleston Psychology Club was formed in order to allow those interested in the field of psychology the opportunity to interact socially and academically.   Our major goal is to expose students to a variety of psychology related topics, fields, and events.

During the past years we have sponsored a number of speakers who discussed their research interests and professional experiences. In previous years, the Psychology Club organized and partially sponsored trips to major regional and collegiate conferences, allowing its members the opportunity to attend professional presentations, socialize with others in the field, and to get to know other College of Charleston students and professors, away from the school setting.

Additionally, the Psychology Club works towards assisting students in reaching their academic and professional goals.   We provide information on getting into graduate school, the GRE, and opportunities for volunteer work.
