Assurance of Learning

Assessment in assurance of learning is an ongoing process meant to identify what we are doing well and what opportunities for improvement will make our programs stronger. The continuous improvement of our curriculum and learning environment is key to this process.

Since 2004, the School of Business has made significant progress toward developing and implementing a data driven, cohesive assurance of learning process. It is an ongoing commitment by the administration, faculty, and staff to build and sustain a community of learners who will be workforce ready. This process requires a sustained commitment of time, resources, and funding.

A wide variety of outcomes measures have been incorporated into the process. These assessment measures are not static, but continually evolving along with our changing students and environment as reflected in the school's mission, goals, and values.
