Standard 14 of the Eligibility Procedures and Accreditation Standards for Business Accreditation revised July 1, 2009 AACSB International – the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business states:
Individual students (should):
• Operate with integrity in their dealings with faculty and other students.
• Keep their own knowledge current with the continuing development of their teaching disciplines.
• Actively involve students in the learning process.
• Encourage collaboration and cooperation among participants.
• Ensure frequent, prompt feedback on student performance.
The core course syllabi provide an indication of student projects and learning experiences found in the School of Business and Economics’ programs:
Student clubs and organizations offer additional opportunities for students to engage in experiential learning while strengthening networking, teamwork, and leadership skills. Faculty advisors participate in a mentoring role as students take the lead in the club operations and activities.
