The South Carolina Space Grant Program supports undergraduate and graduate research opportunities
in the space sciences and related fields with various programs. Each year, undergraduates and
graduates have the opportunity to participate in research during the summer and/or throughout
the year in ongoing projects sponsored by NASA. Please consult the
Consortium Members to obtain contact information for each Space Grant school representative.
SCSGC cannot provide funds to non-US citizen faculty in the form of salary or travel. A non-US citizen may apply for our programs as a PI or as a Co-PI if all SCSGC funds support the research of US citizens (faculty or students). Non-US citizens may receive support from their universities and these funds may be used as part of the 1:1 matching cost share required for the grant.
For a list of current and past project titles, download our award list in Microsoft Excel format [XLS].
If you have received a scholarship in the past, please let us know where you are, what you are up to, etc. Fill out our online
