Online Booking Instructions

(Please note: The hotel site has at times been indicating, incorrectly, that there are no rooms available. Should you receive such a response from the site, please call the Francis Marion at 877 756-2121 to make your reservation)

Go to the Francis Marion hotel site and click on the "reservations" link.

You will be asked to enter your arrival and departure dates and once this is accomplished, click on "check availability."

You will be directed to the hotel's online reservations page.

Click on the "Group Block" link (in the upper right hand corner) and you can enter the group block code in the Group Block Field that will appear.

Enter "medieval" in this field and click "next." You will be prompted to make a room type selection and to enter personal information and will then have the opportunity to review your reservation prior to confirming it.

Please note that rooms at the special SEMA rate are being held from Wednesday, October 13 until Sunday, October 17. There may be limited availability at that group rate for pre- and post-conference dates due to special events and general availability.
