Meeting Agenda
An agenda is a planned sequence of events at a meeting. It is planned in order to make sure things get done in the right order. We run our meetings using parliamentary procedure, a method similar to that found in city council or other government meetings. These meetings are first called to order. Members acknowledge and perform their assigned duties and make reports. Guests, if any, may be invited to provide inputs to issues or matters. Decisions are made, and the meeting is then adjourned.
