The club president or presiding officer calls the club to order to start the meeting. This is the start of the formal part of our gatherings. The meeting then proceeds in a format patterned after Robert's Rules of Order. These Rules are steps which are followed to ensure that things get done in an orderly manner in the limited amount of time we have. |
