  1. Call to Order
    1. Start of meeting called by the Club President/Chairperson
    2. Recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance and the Club Mission

  2. Introductions
    1. Introduction of the Toastmaster of the Day
    2. Introduction of guests
    3. Announcement and explanation of duties, including:
      1. General evaluator - One who rates the meeting as a whole
      2. Grammarian - One who notes the usage of grammar and a preselected word
      3. "Ahs" counter - One who notes the number of any slips in speech
      4. Timekeeper - One who notes the duration of each speaking event

  3. Table Topics
    1. Presented by Table Topics Master
    2. Tests your improvisational speaking skills
    3. Timed with lights
      1. Green light on at one minute
      2. Yellow light on at one and one half minutes
      3. Red light on at two minutes
    4. Timer's report given after all Table Topics presented

  4. Speeches
    1. Personal presentation of yourself in front of the group--three usually given
    2. A tool to learn from others who speak before the group
    3. Timed with lights
      1. Green light on at one minute under target length
      2. Yellow light on at target length (normally five or eight minutes)
      3. Red light on at one minute over target length
    4. Timer's report given after all speeches presented

  5. Evaluations & Reports
    1. Controlled by General Evaluator
    2. Strengths and weaknesses of speeches explained
    3. Grammarian's report explaining language usage
    4. Timed with lights
      1. Green light on at two minutes
      2. Yellow light at on two and one half minutes
      3. Red light on at three minutes
    5. Timer's report given after all evaluations presented
    6. Reports from those with other duties given
    7. Meeting grade from General Evaluator

  6. Other Business
    1. News and other items of interest
    2. Awards for best Table Topics, best speech, and best evaluator given
    3. Comments from guests
