A Toastmasters demonstration meeting nicknamed "A Taste of Toastmasters 2001" was held February 1 at the Tate Center in downtown Charleston. This demonstration featured table topics (improvisational speaking), a sample speech, and evaluations. The purpose of this meeting was to show how a Toastmasters meeting is run and to encourage membership in Toastmasters International. |
